African Men Are Violent & Harsh-Eniola Badmus

African Men Are Violent & Harsh-Eniola Badmus

Here’s what the actress said when she spoke about violence against women to YES Magazine;

African men are too harsh! They are too harsh. African men are harsh and violent. An English man would never beat his wife because their law forbids it. Then, I must say that if there is a penalty for it, stating that whoever beats his wife would be jailed, I’m sure this will reduce. But since there is no law and no one is preaching against it, everybody feels it is a normal thing. Even if we say there is a law, it is not being implemented as it should, because if it had, all these won’t happen. I think there should be a capital punishment for it because to me, it is a terrible act.

MUST READ: How Robbers Now Use ATM Cards To Enrich Themselves In Lagos

They mostly operate on Friday night. May we not be a victim.
Here’s the gist;
These robbers don’t rob Monday nights, Tuesday or Thursday nights, but Friday nights. What they do is this. Some of them stay around the bank, while one of them walks up to the person making the transaction and gently smile and show him or her a gun or a sharp object. In case you want to play funny, he quickly points at his other members and tells you to corporate or you risk wasting your life. He will then ask you to confirm your pin and makes withdrawal while you are still there, and dispose you of other ATM cards on you, after their pins have also been confirmed.

They make the daily maximum withdrawal from Friday to Sunday and the smart ones wake up very early Monday morning to also make another withdrawal before you get to the bank to lodge your complaints, if you don't make use of internet banking. This has been going on for a while now, but it’s getting more rampant weeks after weeks.

If you know any victim, the First thing to do is call your bank customer care and tell them to withheld all transactions.

Nadia Buari And Jim Iyke Are Crazy In Love!

Nadia Buari And Jim Iyke Are Crazy In Love!

Sometimes, these two confuse me! Just week, they played out a drama after the so-called marriage proposal by Jim Iyke on his reality show. They both posted cryptic messages, giving the impression that the engagement was a hoax. Well, I don’t know what to think again about these two. Time will tell.
n and s n and s11
Nadia just posted this photo and message above; and the translation of the Arabic message is:
 ”Rose without thorns of her will go too perfect to be admired. Similarly, people without defects be apathetic”.
Could she be talking about loving an imperfect person perfectly?

“Firstly I want to give thanks to God because everything I have been able to do, am doing and will do is by His grace. Being honored with the title as the ‘diva Face’ is a great achievement as young 23 year old lady who is a model, a 4th year medical student, hairstylist, does fashion design, among other talents I have been blessed in having. My title means more than beauty or splendor it is indeed a concept that encapsulates what is to be a lady of color proud of her heritage, knowing where she has come from and where she is going, living life with zeal and poise. I am a hardworking lady of Nigerian heritage and on my path to becoming general practitioner, during my studies I have volunteered at brownies girl scouts, been involved in cultural shows raising money for charities such as African Caribbean Leukemia Trust, Diabetes UK and Touch of light a charity for blind people in Ghana.
Furthermore I was president of the African and Caribbean Society at my medical school, I found it a great experience learning more about my culture, making me even more proud of the achievements of fellow men and women of colour. During my time as president I organised a fundraising cultural show with my committee raising £1,050 that we donated to 2 charities. I am very happy to help promote charities associated with Diva of Colour such as Glowing Future and Girl Child Network, as their work should not go unnoticed and be celebrated for their endeavours. Currently I am involved in my medical school committee with the BMA. I came third in the well known modelling competition top model of colour 2012, and since then went on to win Official face of makeup show live 2012, I model for Mahogany model management, Vision model management and RJW Model academy. I have so much more to do and in doing so I pray that I will be an inspiration for fellow ladies of colour out there of all ages”
Ends.
