Ben Richard Aguilar rapes a student as old as his daughter in the name of throwing a party

A 43-year-old man, Ben Richard Aguilar, threw an alcohol party and raped a gal. According to reports, the 15-year-old girl who may not have been aware of what was happening, because she was drunk, was raped by Aguilar.
Ben confessed that he was guilty of the accusation and ended up even video taping it he claimed he have discarded it.

Police have since charged him with criminal sexual penetration in the second degree and contributing to the delinquency of a minor (after admitting to have purchased alcohol for the high school teens).

His ex wife and mother of his daughter, Shannon Everett,said he was involved in previous sexual escapade.

'When we first got together I was 15 and he had told me he was 18 and I found out a couple months later that he was actually 25,' she said.Funnny he forged his age to his wife..

Their daughter lived with Rob before his arrest and is now in the custody of child protective services.
