Rapper, Eva Alordiah had an interactive session with her fans on IG last night and one of them apparently told her she was interested in a guy but doesn't know how to go about it.
"If you die tomorrow and you do not get to experience that beautiful(love). Her second coming and her new single Shakara...Ijekimora

? Ijekimora talks about her second coming and her new single Stepping out of the pool in the bright Dallas summer heat , she flicked her wet hair over her shoulders , strutted to a chair to grab a towel as she prepared to bare her mind on her music journey.  No longer the rookie of a few years back , she exuded the aura of a woman comfortable in her own skin , finding her voice , tracing her path in the music industry . Welcome to the world of Ijeoma Ononobi 'Ijekimora' , the Texas based Nigerian singing sensation who just announced her come back on the music scene with the banging single 'Shakara' produced by Paul Demsa.

Some find music and music finds others, in Ijekimora’s case it’s probably both as the soft-spoken singer has always loved music from as far back as she can remember. Singing in the shower by herself, in her room and all around the house sowed the seeds of Ijekimora’s present musical career pursuit. A chance meeting with Dallas based producer Demsa facilitated by her friend J Krunk finally convinced her she could sing as the producer encouraged her to make the most of her talents. That was the confidence boost for her to take music serious and she has never looked back since then.

After the release of her previous singles Osho Free ft. Kelly Handsome who also produced it and Lovey Luv produced by Young D, the beautiful singer looked set to take her career to the next level especially after visiting Nigeria to promote the single which got some buzz. Then came a rude awakening as it was a culture shock for her when she faced some unpleasant situations. According to Ije, it was like everyone wanted her body before even listening to what she offers. One of the biggest labels in Nigeria’s head honcho sold her a song and she realized the same song had been sold to three other artists. These were some of the experiences that slowed her down as she returned to the US to reassess her options and redevelop herself for another crack at the cookie with a stronger team and a proper artist structure.

Her latest single ‘Shakara’ according to Ije as she is fondly called simply means someone, could be male or female posing, showing off, or playing hard to get also known as fronting. Ijekimora is Shakara. All the women all over the world are shakara. Ijekimora believes that we must remember, as a woman, that we hold the key; the key to a man's success through Christ. Like they say, "behind every successful man, there's a good woman". #Shakara. The single was also inspired by the Late Afrobeat Legend Fela Anikulapo Kuti who has probably influenced more artists than can be counted all over the world.

Ijekimora opines that African music has evolved with a lot of creativity and diversity, crossing boundaries with the likes of Wizkid & Davido leading the way and building on the efforts of people like D’banj, 2face and P-square. For her it’s amazing to see how far African music has grown in a short span and the current influence on world music. Ijekimora however feel, more women should be encouraged to reach the highest heights, ‘my message is simply equal opportunities for all ‘she said, as she hopes to be an inspiration to other young girls wishing to pursue a career in music.

jekimora’s musical influences includes Omawumi, Brandy, Michael Jackson, Toni Braxton, Whitney Houston and of course The Late Femi Anikulapo Kuti who inspired her current single “Shakara”. Like they say, " it takes a village to raise a child”. Ijekimora would like to work with artists like Flavour, Yemi Alade, Waje, Wizkid, Davido and every great artist in the industry that is willing to grow and represent the African Music the right way.

'Shakara' marks a new beginning, the prophetic second coming in the Ijekimora story and she plans to relocate back to Nigeria to grow her music career and build her image and brand. Like they say, " it takes a village to raise a child”. Ijekimora would like to work with artists like Flavour, Yemi Alade, Waje, Wizkid, Davido and every great artist in the industry that is willing to grow and represent the African Music the right way.

Things to put into consideration before bringing babies into this world

marriageRaising kids and maintaining a happy relationship could be too much to juggle.

The next question that will most likely pop into your mind after your wedding ceremony is ‘when are we having a baby?

In this part of the world, couples marriage usually like to begin immediately and it is even ‘expected’ in some places for the bride’s belly to show signs of pregnancy as early as possible.
Whether you choose to start making babies immediately or wait a little while, here are three things you and your partner should know…

1. It could be the end of your ‘relationship’

Many couples find themselves growing distant once they begin to have kids. Though this is not supposed to be so, but somehow, it has brought too may couples to the end of true intimacy and companionship in there marriage.

Raising children is actually a lot of hardwork and it is not uncommon for parents marriage, especially wives, to be sapped of energy on a daily basis.
Maintaining closeness, intimacy and romance in a situation as this might be difficult but it is a must.
Babies are not meant to make partners grow distant

2. Raising kids should be a joint affair

Also, you and your partner need to have a concrete, agreed plan on how to raise the kids even before they are born.
What methods of correction would you use? Spanking, or just word of mouth? This and other related stuff should also be discussed whether before the kids are born, or when the child is still pretty young.

marriage

3. Children won’t make your marriage problems go away

Having kids is not a necessary cure to relationship problems. Communication and a willingness to make things work is what you and your partner need to settle your differences, not babies.

True, the birth of a baby could cause a strong emotional connection between partners and bring them closer despite existing differences but that bond is a temporary one and will likely wear off in no time.
Those existing issues will surely rear their heads again because they were not properly dealt with.

If You Eat 2 Banana Per Day For A Month Non Stop, This Is What Happens To Your Body!

Banana
You might not have heard that banana is the number 1 consumed food in the United States, even more commonly consumed than oranges and apples combined.
Yet, every now and then, there is some new exotic fruit that is popularized as the newest health revolution, so we often underrate banana.
However, you should remember that these fruits are extremely beneficial and offer various health benefits. Despite their delicious taste, bananas are rich in numerous nutrients, natural sugars, vitamins, and fibers.
At the beginning, bananas are greenish in color and have no spots, but as they get riper, brown spots appear and cover the whole fruit.
Yet, these spots do not mean that the bananas are rotten, but they actually indicate that these bananas are at the peak of their development, as they are the richest in TNF then.
TNF is a potent cancer-fighting substance which fights abnormal body cells. It helps the communication between the cells of the immune response system and guides the movement of cells towards the infected or inflamed areas in the body.
Studies have shown that the TNF in bananas prevents the growth and spread of tumor cells, by inducing apoptosis (cell death).
Bananas are rich in antioxidants which boost the immune system and the white blood cells count. Therefore, if your bananas have brown spots, do not throw them away, as they are extremely healthy.
Despite preventing cancer, bananas offer numerous other health benefits, as follows:
Treating Constipation
Since bananas are rich in fiber, their consumption will stimulate regular bowel movements and relieve constipation.
Regulating Blood Pressure

Bananas reduce high blood pressure, and reduce the sodium levels, and thus prevent strokes and heart attacks. Due to the high potassium content, banana promote heart health.
Fighting Ulcers
You can freely eat bananas in the case of stomach ulcers, as their soft texture will coat the stomach lining, and prevent irritations and corrosive acids.
Heartburn
They are the natural anti-acid gift, which will relieve heartburn and acid reflux. The symptoms and discomfort will disappear as soon as you eat the banana.
Body Temperature Control
Bananas regulate the body temperature and can be helpful in the case of fever and in the hot summer days.
Fighting Anemia
These beneficial fruits provide the needed amounts of dietary iron, and stimulate the production of red blood cells and hemoglobin, thus boosting the blood supply.
Alleviate PMS symptoms/Nerves
The consumption of banana regulates the blood sugar levels due to the abundance of vitamin B, and thus soothes the nervous system, calming the mind and relaxing the body. In this way, these fruits improve your mood and help you reduce stress.
Fighting Depression
These healthy fruits have a beneficial component called tryptophan, which effectively treats depression. As soon as it enters the body, it is turned into serotonin, which is a popular brain neurotransmitter. This will enhance mood and provide relaxation and happiness.
Body energy
The consumption of one of two banana before your workout will provide the needed energy for an hour. The high potassium levels will prevent muscle cramps, and the vitamins, minerals, and low-glycemic carbs will help you boost your stamina.
