It would be recalled, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, had last week Friday said that the “President Buhari will transit through London on his way back to the country”.
Yesterday, he told newsmen that the president is expected to spend only four days in London after which he will return to Nigeria.
Responding to an inquiry via a text message, the President’s spokesman told The Punch that “We just landed in London. The President is in transit; to be back in Nigeria on Monday.”

The Nigerian leader had returned to the country from the UK, where he received medical treatment, on August 19, after spending almost 104 days in London.
It remains yet to be seen if he is “transiting” through London for another round of medical treatment, after his previous prolonged medical leave spurred protests in Nigeria and London which forced him to abruptly return.
