A man has been arrested on suspicion of r3ping his five daughters for more than a decade following the death of his wife.

The unnamed 61-year-old has been remanded in jail in Argentina pending an ongoing judicial probe.

The arrest comes just a month after an Argentinian bricklayer was held after being accused of fathering four children with his daughter during a 20-year-long r.a.p.e ordeal.

The latest man to be arrested was detained in the Atlantic beach resort of Quequen, which belongs to Buenos Aires province and is just under a six-hour drive south of the Argentinian capital.

Police were called in by one of his daughters, according to Argentinian reports.

Her age and the age of the other four have not been made public to protect their identities.

Detectives seized a shotgun, an air rifle, two machetes, a knife and a video camera during a raid on the house on the outskirts of Quequen where they were living.

Prosecutors told local media: "He allegedly r.a.p.e.d his daughters over a period of more than eight years following the death of his wife from a terminal illness."

A police source said: "After the wife died, terror invaded the lives of the five young girls who were isolated and forced to endure s3xual abuse including r.a.p.e and threatened so they wouldn’t go to the authorities to say what was happening."

The suspect is currently being held on remand at Batan Prison in the Atlantic city resort of Mar del Plata.

17 year old boy rapes 11 year old girl 100times.

A 17-year-old boy is accused of raping an 11-year-old relative about 100 times before she gave birth to their child in a bathtub.

Norvin Leonidas Lopez-Cante has been charged with incest and r.a.p.e after allegedly confessing to detectives, while his dad and the girl's mum have been accused of child endangerment.

Lopez-Cante was arrested two days after his father, Francisco Javier Gonzalez-Lopez, rushed the newborn to a hospital with its umbilical cord and placenta still attached, and a body temperature of just 32C.

Gonzalez-Lopez claimed a stranger had dumped the baby at his doorstep, but when police interviewed him at his home he admitted that his son was the baby's father, the force said.

Police said Gonzalez-Lopez, who was in the United States illegally after being deported, told officers that the baby's mother was an 11-year-old relative.

He told officers he didn't know the girl was pregnant or that his son had allegedly raped her, KDSK-TV reported.

Gonzalez-Lopez said he found out after the girl gave birth to the baby in a bathtub at a home in the city of St Charles, Missouri.

His son, Lopez-Cante, was arrested and allegedly confessed to detectives, telling them that he had sex with the girl about 100 times, or roughly twice a week, at the home in suburban St Louis.

He claimed he did not know she was pregnant.

Lopez-Cante was charged with first-degree statutory rape, statutory sodomy, and incest.

If convicted, the maximum sentence is life in prison.

Gonzalez-Lopez was charged with child endangerment.

The girl's mum was later charged with the same offence.

Murder issue solved after 38 years

A Colorado murder mystery that baffled detectives for nearly four decades has been solved after one of the killer's relatives uploaded their DNA to a genetic genealogy database.

18-year-old Jeannie Moore was last seen hitching a ride to her job at a convenience store in
Lakewood on August 25, 1981, and her body was discovered five days later at a picnic ground in nearby Genesse Park.

An autopsy revealed that Moore had been r-ped and that she was killed by 'several blows to the head'.

Despite widespread media attention, and the fact that the murderer's semen was retrieved from a piece of Moore's clothing, the case went unsolved for almost 40 years.

However, a breakthrough came back in May, when the county's lead cold case detective, Elias Alberti, noted that California's infamous Golden State Killer had been identified after a relative uploaded their DNA to an ancestry website.

Given that investigators had a clean DNA sample from Moore's killer, Alberti decided to see whether there would be a possible match sitting in a database.

'It was a no-brainer,' the detective told The Denver Channel.
