Coconut oil is wonderful for weight loss because it normally doesn’t get stored as fat. Coconut oil is thermogenic, meaning that eating it can increase energy expenditure. The thermogenic properties of coconut oil means that it can boosts your metabolism and help destroy that excess abdominal fat.
