How awful a man slapped a 9 years old for playing near his house

A nine-year-old boy was knocked to the ground when he was slapped by a man, for "playing near his house".
CCTV footage shows the middle-aged man following the youngster after he goes to retrieve his football from a grocery shop in Leicester.

But as the boy starts to walk away with his ball, the man slaps him, leaving the child on the floor.

The shopkeeper said: "The man hit him from behind and knocked him down and left him like that.

"I heard the boy scream and ran outside, he was very upset and crying.

"The man said the ball hit his door and he was sick of it.

"I said 'shame on you, he's nine years old. Leave him alone'."

"I think his ball hit the man's door and the little boy ran into the shop because he was scared.

"I took the boy inside the shop then back to his family and they called the police. I gave a statement to the police on Sunday night.

"The boy has a bruise and is still very shaken up," the businessman added.

In the clip, members of the public stroll past the boy, without stopping to check he is ok.

It was shared online with the comment: "The boys were playing football in the street, as kids do.

"After that this young boy, who's nine years old, went to the shop to get his ball.

"So sad how a grown man can hit someone else's child, all because they were playing football near his house.

The HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 packs premium features and innovations which include a new and improved display and a revolutionary auto pop-up front camera.
Announced at a price of NGN83,900 the HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 is a very compelling product especially in today’s video-centric social media landscape.
The all new Ultra FullView Display
Designed for users who demand the most out of their screens, the HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 boasts an all new Ultra FullView Display which is not interrupted by any notches creating a seamless viewing experience. Sized at a massive 6.59 inches with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 FHD+ and an aspect ratio of 19:5:9, the display is 91% pure screen estate, allowing users to enjoy a display like never before. Be it watching videos, browsing social media or any simple task, the HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 promises users with an immersive viewing experience without any interruptions.

However, a display like this can result in extensive usage. Huawei has taken care of this as well, thanks to the TÃœV Rheinland’s certified Low Blue Light Eye Protection. The screen filters out harmful blue light emissions and intelligently adjusts color temperature and brightness to protect against eye strain. Additionally, when in low light situations, the screen brightness can also be brought down to 2 nits for a more comfortable viewing experience.

Distinctive Design
The HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 boasts a design style that is divided in thirds. The upper third houses the Triple camera and fingerprint sensor, while the bottom two-thirds has a minimalistic look with a darker hue.

Even with its massive 6.59 inch bezel-less display, the HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 is still comfortable to hold and is complemented by the overall 3D Arc Design that shines like glass, while still being durable and shatter-resistant, making it both visually appealing and functional.
Auto Pop-up Selfie Camera
While most phones use the bezels and notches to house the front camera and various other sensors, the HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 uses clever and innovative design to hide these sensors, but the front camera position is a sign of Huawei’s innovative technologies. Seemingly invisible, the front camera is tucked away and will only appear when needed. Once the camera is turned on and selfie mode is selected, the front camera will pop-up automatically out of the top of the phone. Additionally, it also includes an intelligent protective feature that detects free falls and automatically retracts the lens as much as possible.

Housing a 16MP lens and supported by Huawei’s powerful AI, the Auto Pop-up Selfie Camera is capable of identifying up to eight scenarios for accurate scene and object recognition. The upgraded AI backlight imaging technology also fixes lighting concerns retaining stunning clarity and colors for stunning selfies. Additionally, users can also enjoy stunning studio effects in their selfies including 3D Portrait Lighting.
Innovative Triple Camera setup on the back
The HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 packs a 16MP + 8MP + 2MP triple-camera on the back. Both the 16MP primary and 8MP secondary sensors feature a 6P (six-lens plastic array) design that reproduces minute details within an image and captures more photons. As a result, the phone empowers users to recreate scenes in their full complexity, with enhanced image clarity, contrast, and overall quality.

The 16MP primary camera’s F/1.8 aperture is a top performer, receiving 50% more light than the F/2.2 aperture that is more commonly seen on the market, as well as focusing more quickly and controlling noise more effectively. The 8MP sensor offers a 120° field of view that fits more within the frame and increases visual tension, creating a three-dimensional effect that is even more mesmerizing due to the bezel-less display. The 2MP sensor assists the primary camera in generating a lifelike depth of field in the photo, enabling SLR-quality images on a palm-sized handset. The powerful cameras also house a stunning Night Mode with AI Stabilization for low light photos and videos. The AI Stabilization also helps in shooting Super Slow-Motion videos at a stunning 480fps.
Powerful Performance
Under the hood, the HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 houses an Ultra Large 4000 mAh battery for extended periods of intensive use. The HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 uses a Type-C port, which is smaller, faster and reversible. Additionally, you can still find the 3.5mm headphone jack as well.
Powered by the Kirin 710F chipset, the phone promises super smooth performance. The chipset is 30% more efficient than its predecessor and manages phone heating during complex resource allocation, saving battery life. The HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 runs Android 9.0 with the EMUI 9.0, which learns and analyzes user behavior which enables a more optimized user experience and has a 12.9% higher performance. The system is further optimized by F2Fs 2.0 (Flash-Friendly File System) and EROFS (Extendable Read-Only File System), which provides better memory management, improving performance and speed. ICE are banned by Chicago mayor,Lori Light from gaining access to police databases ahead of immigration raids.

Chicago Mayor, Lori Lightfoot has said that her city has permanently banned U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement from accessing the Chicago Police Department’s databases ahead of looming ICE raids to detain undocumented immigrants.

Chicago police “will not team up with ICE to detain any resident,” the mayor said after meeting with business leaders and immigration rights advocates at Lurie Children’s Hospital.

“They’re not going to be facilitating or otherwise providing any assistance in any raids whether it’s traffic stops [or] additional support. We have also cut off ICE from any access from any CPD databases and that will remain permanent.”

On June 22, President Donald Trump announced that he would delay his plans for mass deportation roundups in at least 10 major cities, including Miami, Los Angeles and Chicago. He tweeted that he hoped the two-week delay would allow Democrats to “work out a solution to the Asylum and Loophole problems at the Southern Border.”

60 Percent of Women Won’t Marry a Debtor

Image result for images about finance
We’ve come a long way since the Mad Men-esque era of the 50s and 60s, when financial security for women came exclusively in the form of a man.
At least that’s according to the findings of a new survey from Charlie. We surveyed 533 single (defined as never married) women ages  18 to 40 in to find out how they think about finances when it comes to finding “the one.” According to the results, women are waiting until well into their relationships to have the “money talk.” If they don’t like what they hear, bad news: most women view potential beaus or belles with a large amount of debt as more of a liability, than an anchor. The majority of single women these days don’t believe that marriage is necessarily the ticket to financial stability. But to understand where we’re at now, it’s important to take a look at where we came from.

A Brief History of Women’s Financial Rights

Back in the “good old days,” our grandmothers had little choice but to attach themselves to a man — for better or for worse — in order to gain financial security. Not surprisingly, these unions weren’t always the most compatible. Oftentimes, men controlled the paycheck and the checkbook, and that in turn controlled the women they supported.
Thankfully, things have changed over the years due to hard work from civil rights activists. Sweeping changes were made to make things fairer for everyone, including people of different races, religions, nationalities, ages, and — gender. Here are a few milestones:

With each of these changes, having a man as a money mediator became less and less necessary. We’re still a long way off from making things truly equal — like the gender and racial wage gap, for example. Considering where we started, we’ve come a long way, baby.

Women are More Reluctant to Marry Debtors

One of the biggest standout statistics from our survey was that 58% of single women would be hesitant to marry a partner with a lot of debt.
Given the massive increase in student loan debt among college graduates these days, that’s a tough prospect. Take the graduates of the class of 2017, for example. Among students who had to take out loans (about two-thirds), the average debt burden after graduating was $28,650, according to The Institute for College Access and Success. And that’s before you add on credit card, mortgage, or other debt.
An important factor here is debt-to-income ratio. A doctor, for example, may pop out on the other side of med school with six-figure debt, but he or she may also be able to make a six-figure salary right out of the gate. Someone with $100k worth of debt after studying underwater basket weaving, however, may be a different story. Similarly, it’s important to take into account what type of debt someone has. Did they take out a student loan with the aims of getting a high-paying job? Or did they take out a series of payday loans to pay for a bad gambling habit? Or do they have credit card debt from splurging on habits they can’t afford?
Context is important and can help women suss out potential marriage partners who may still be very financially-responsible despite carrying a large amount of debt.

Women Don’t Like Having “The Talk” Early On In a Relationship

Understandably, learning the finer points someone’s debt situation can be a little tricky , even if it is important. We have so many emotions and tensions surrounding finances, and for good reason. Few of us were taught good skills and behavioral habits for managing our money, and even fewer of us were raised having open and healthy conversations about finances.
That’s why it’s no wonder that many women prefer to have the money talk later on in their relationship, once they’ve developed a lot of trust with their partner. In fact, according to our survey, 48% of single women said finances should only be discussed at all in a serious relationship.
Discussing finances early can save a lot of heartache later on. Some things may be easy to spot early on, like a penchant for buying pricey gifts on every date despite your beau (or belle) driving a beater. But other things, like past bankruptcies or foreclosures, are more difficult to catch.
The only way to know is by opening up and having a  conversation about what’s important to you. After all, many people list whether they’re interested in kids, overseas travel, or expensive hobbies in their dating profiles. Yet, 74% of single women specifically would not want to see financial measuring sticks like credit scores or student loan debt in dating profiles.

Most Women Don’t See Marriage As The Ticket to Financial Stability

We know women don’t necessarily want to tie themselves down to a heavily-indebted spouse. And we also know women can do (virtually) all of the same things as men, like renting an apartment, having a  meaningful career, travel, opening a bank account, or buying a house.
These two factors combined have led to a grand conclusion: 66% of single women don’t see marriage as the only path to financial security. And that’s a good thing.
There are so many things that can happen by putting all of your financial eggs in one basket. Your marriage could (sadly) end in divorce. Your spouse could develop new bad financial habits. Plus, it’s no secret that pensions are becoming a dying breed, making it more important than ever for everyone — men and women — to save for their own retirement.
Whether you’re currently married or not, it’s important for everyone  to retain some semblance of financial independence. You can do this by considering a prenuptial agreement or considering whether combined — or separate — finances are right for you. Some experts even advise each spouse — even stay-at-home-moms — to keep a separate “freedom fund” to kick-start their newly-single life in case it’s ever called upon. The last thing you want is to be stuck in a relationship that’s not working because you can’t afford to leave.

Women’s Attitudes Towards Relationships and Money are Changing, and Often for the Better

It’s no secret that the relationship between money and marriage is changing, and for women this gives us insight on why they may be more hesitant to lock down a marriage partner. After all, if you can retain your own financial independence in a marriage, why else marry (or stay married) but for love? A lifetime of happiness — financial and otherwise — is something that we can definitely get on board with.

Oyetola defects Adeleke in supreme court Atiku reacts in Osun State Election

Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar‏, has reacted to the Supreme Court’s dismissal of Senator Ademola Adeleke’s appeal challenging the declaration of Gboyega Oyetola as the winner of the Osun State governorship election.
DAILY POST reports that in the lead judgment by Justice Bode Rhodes-Vivour, the apex court declared that the absence of the judge who read the majority decision of the election tribunal made the judgment a nullity.
The judge upheld the decision of the Court of Appeal that the proper thing to have been done in the absence of Justice Peter Obiorah was to start the entire trial afresh.
Four of the seven Justices of the apex court sat to deliver the judgment, with Justice Rhodes Vivour presiding.
There was majority judgment of 5 and dissenting judgment of 2, ruling in Oyetola’s favour.
N.O.O Oke and Dr. Paul Ananaba both Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN) led the legal representation for Adeleke and PDP, while Abiodun Olaide announced appearance for Oyetola.
Adesina Agbede announced appearance for the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Reacting to the Supreme Court’s ruling, Atiku, in a tweet on Friday, extended his hand of brotherhood to Senator Adeleke in all his future endeavours.
He also said that he will join the good people of Osun state to stand with Senator Adeleke in good times and in difficult days.
Atiku on his Twitter page wrote: “I join with people of goodwill all over Nigeria to say to Senator Ademola Adeleke, and the people of the great state of Osun, that we stand with them in good times and in difficult days.
“The Supreme Court has ruled and because of its judicial finality, the legal case is over.
“I extend my right hand of brotherhood to Senator Adeleke in all his future endeavours and I assure the good people of the state of Osun that the Peoples Democratic Party remembers their love and acceptance and will never forget to stand by them no matter the situation.
“Finally, I urge the nation’s judiciary to take a pulse of the nation and reflect it. In their hands, God has placed a great responsibility. The duty to ensure that justice is done, irrespective of the pressure to do otherwise, by the powers that be.”
