Facebook is a social media website that is highly recognized worldwide due to the influx of people that log on to it on daily basis. Facebook is not bad if you go on sometime and reply messages and in that you face your own business. It will really be bad if you want to venture into things but don’t really get time to run It due to your incessant facebooking.So many are suffering from Facebook addiction and overload of information due to always been online. Now a lot of people now have pages that they Always demand people to like their activities on daily businesses.
Lot of people now prefer it to other social media due to their unique features, contents and its versatility due to the program work of the owner Mark Zuckenberg. This social network have gone across the world to all the people existing that are on Facebook have gotten to promote their business and some have made Facebook their only friend and that have really killed their social life with people around.
1.      You have to deactivate your account for some time: It will really be great to pause your Facebook sometime so that other things you need to work on will fall in place. If you are somebody that do not have a business online it is really necessary you pause your account for some time and that will be an avenue for you to think and work towards building your career.
Never let an addiction to stop you from doing things that do spice up your day and make your life more fulfilling’s many deactivate there accounts for days, months and years a times and many did not even reactivate the account due to being involved with a lot that make them more happy than just being online and while away time doing nothing really fruitful other than chatting. Do aim to deactivate the account for a long period of time.
2.      Work on minimizing your number of friends: So many on Facebook have thousands of friend that they have not said “HI” to for a long time even for years. I am on the opinion for you to unfriend a lot of friend that you are not in contact with so as to concise your number of activities on Facebook. This will really help reduce your commitment to Facebook which will make you focus on other things worthwhile.
3.      Minimize the number of pages you follow on Facebook: It is high time face bookers focus on pages that have great impact on their daily activities. Venturing into liking a lot of pages will not really help you have a great focus in life. When you minimize the pages you follow you will get more focus for instance if you are a medically inclined practitioner just focus on pages that talk about health and make the use of it properly.
4.     Remove Old Third-Party Apps:
While you're on cleanup duty, you might as well delete unwanted third-party apps you've installed over the years—if not for distraction than certainly to help protect your privacy.

But if you're disciplined enough to make a habit out of it, you may come to feel quite satisfied in simply spending 10 or 20 minutes a day interacting on Facebook just once or twice rather than compulsively checking it round the clock.
7.      Avoid being a Facebook automaton: If you're caught saying, "I'll Facebook you later" or "I'm going to do some face booking", then you're well overdue for taking a break from the site hang out with friends in the real world (or offline life). Every time you feel like saying "I'll Facebook you", check yourself and rephrase that with "I'll see you", or "I'll call you". And mean it - settle the catch-up time straight away...
8.      Decide that you don't need to see all the news feed that appeared since you were last on: No matter how much news feed you get, there could have been even more that there wasn't. There's no difference between missing a post and that post never having existed which you would have had no problem with. The point is to see at least one super-interesting post, not to see all of them. Sometimes somebody thinks of a topic and wishes there existed a YouTube video on that topic but that's a lot rarer than an endless chain of deciding that since you saw a suggestion, it looks interesting, so you decide you must see it.
9.      Make it less appealing: When using Facebook, you can choose what appears on your timeline, by liking pages, joining groups and hiding annoying people you create a custom made "safe-web-space" filled with information that appeals to you with no negatives. Unblock those who constantly post selfies and share Britain First posts and simply visit the websites of pages you enjoy (or find alternatives) rather than viewing them through Facebook. Nothing short of a library will cure your information addiction. In conclusion Facebook addiction have really been trending on technology and phycology articles due to how a lot of people have really loosed a lot due to being focused on Facebook leaving there businesses.
